The UK visa telephone help line will have pre-recorded visa information available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Telephone help line assistants are available between 08:30 to 16:30 from Monday to
Friday (except holidays).

Customers with disability
Facility for wheelchair access is available at the main entrance. A permanent ramp
is available at the far right corner of the main entrance steps and a temporary ramp
is available at the Regent House security desk for the steps in the lobby. On the
2 floor, there is easy access from the lift to the visa application centre. Applicants
can also disembark at the car park on the 3 floor and use the elevator to access
the visa application centre. It is suggested to inform application centre staff in
advance for assistance.
Wheelchair is also available at the UK visa application centre.
Customers with disability should contact the UK Border Agency by fax or e-mail, before
attending an interview.
